You probably get bored with your computer and want to spend more time using it, but you have never used it for more than a few minutes before. For instance, how often do you sit down at your computer and type for hours and hours at a time? The answer is almost never. Instead, we just sit there, mindlessly staring at the screen while our eyes are glued to the computer monitor.

We were always on autopilot for so long, we couldn’t keep our eyes from blinking, which is a good thing as long as you’re trying to make sure no one else is watching you.

It’s a lot faster to sit there, stare at the computer, and wait for the computer to do something that you want it to do. We spend so much time staring at that computer screen that we can’t even see our fingers anymore.

As a result, we have a lot of time to think, to watch our thoughts and emotions slip away, and we end up feeling sad, depressed, and overwhelmed, because weve just been so busy thinking about a bunch of things youre probably already doing. Thats why it is recommended that you practice mindfulness and meditation in order to help you find a balance between the two. And that is exactly what we did when we were working on our blog.

The same goes for work. It is recommended that you practice mindfulness when you are doing your work. And likewise, it is recommended that you practice meditation when you are doing your work. The two are closely related because they help you to learn how to focus in order to be more effective at your work.

Well, I have no idea what a blog is, but my point is that you have to practice, and practice means being mindful as you do it.
